  • Art exhibition encourages discussions about revolution during Russian Revolution centennial

An exhibition at Krannert Art Museum is part of a series of programs at the University of Illinois to mark the centennial of the Russian Revolution of 1917. The art exhibition “Propositions on Revolution (Slogans for a Future)” uses contemporary artworks to spark conversations about the broader concept of revolution. It includes photogravures made by British artist Tacita Dean from postcards depicting disasters.
