  • Study: High COVID-19 rates in older Latinos linked with economics, outside help

    Financial hardship and using outside help for assistance with everyday tasks may explain some of the reasons why older Latinos were among the groups at highest risk of being infected with COVID-19, according to research led by University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign social work professor Lissette Piedra.
