VIPs to help students move into residence halls

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — “VIP Illini Guides” once again will be among the more than 1,000 student, staff and faculty members helping students move in to their UI residence halls this Sunday.

Provost Richard Herman is scheduled to be at the Florida Avenue residence halls, 1001 W. College Court, Urbana, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Richard Wheeler, dean of the Graduate College, is scheduled to be at Snyder Hall, 206 E. Peabody Drive, Champaign, from 8 a.m. to noon.

Charles Colbert, vice chancellor for administration and human resources, is scheduled to be at Garner Hall, 201 E. Gregory Drive, Champaign, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

David Chicoine (pronounced SHE-kwin), dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, is scheduled to be at Scott Hall, 202 E. Peabody Drive, Champaign, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
