I wanted to share some exciting news about our RN sign-on bonus.
- Department: OR, PACU/PREP, Endo, IR Platform (below is a list of what I’m showing as open)
- $5,000 sign on
- External hires only
- Per diem are not included
- Payment terms as $1250 after 30 days, $1250 after 6 months, $1250 after 12 months & $1250 after 18 months with repayment of 2 years.
Additionally, RNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The payments for the $5,000 sign-on bonus will occur after 30 days of employment, after six months of employment, after 12 months of employment, and after 18 months of employment in $1,250 installments. Sign-on bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes and withholdings. Should an employee leave Rush for any reason other than disability or death prior to two years, all paid bonuses must be returned to Rush and the employee forfeits any unpaid bonus monies.
