**$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
General Summary:
- Provide basic nursing care under RN direction.
- Assist with complex patient care for adults and geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Record vital signs and patient data accurately.
- Support respiratory care and notify RN/RCP as needed.
- Conduct bedside tests and assist with admissions/discharges.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient belongings.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
- Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of PCT training and CNA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to transport patients and manage supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push heavy objects.
