“Presidential Primaries:  A Good Idea?” will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. in 110 Gregory Hall, 810 S. Wright St., Urbana. The UI participants will be Scott Althaus, Brian Gaines and Peter Nardulli.

The panelists will cover such topics as representation, the role of the news media and the implications of more states holding early primaries.
