March 1 is the deadline for doctoral candidates to apply for a fellowship for international dissertation fieldwork. International Programs and Studies will award two Nelle M. Signor Fellowships in International Relations. Each award consists of $2,000 for travel and in-country expenses for dissertation field research in any international field. To be eligible, applicants must be unmarried, doctoral candidates who have completed all preliminary coursework and exams by the date of travel. Candidates from any discipline are eligible.
