March 1 is the deadline for Ul faculty and staff members to apply for a travel grant to support international program development. Awards of up to $1,000 are offered by the Midwest Universities Consortium for International Activities, Inc., the Ul Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and International Programs and Studies. This award is designed to encourage faculty and staff members to work abroad on projects that are likely to result in the development or enhancement of international programs, and that ultimately benefit students and faculty and staff members at the Ul. Guidelines and application forms are available by calling the MUCIA office at 333-1993 or stopping by the office at 324 International Studies Building. Devora Grynspan is the MUCIA Liaison Officer.
