Audrey “Wally” Brown, 75, of Mahomet, Illinois, died May 24 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He worked at the university as a police officer for 10 years. Memorials: American Diabetes Association.
Darlene “Gerri” Hawkins, 69, of Champaign, died May 27 at Presence Covenant Medical Center in Urbana. She retired from the university in 2001. She held many positions and worked as an information technology manager at Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services.
