Roy O. Walker Jr., 75, died June 17 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was a professor emeritus at the university’s Police Training Institute. A private memorial will be held in Granite City, Illinois, in July. Memorials: Diabetes Action Research and Education Foundation.
