Deaths

Norman “Mac” MacGregor, 77, of Champaign, died Oct. 8. He was a development officer at the Center for Supercomputing Research and Development. A celebration of his life will take place at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 29 at First Presbyterian Church, Champaign. Memorials: Champaign County Young Life, Down Syndrome Indiana or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Patricia “Nanny” Pelmore, died Oct. 12 in Champaign. She worked in Campus Parking, the African American Culture Center and the department of rehabilitation.

Robert C. Reinhart, 86, of St. Joseph, Illinois, formerly of Villa Grove, Illinois, died Oct. 22. He worked as a cryogenics technician at the university. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Villa Grove, followed immediately by a funeral Mass at noon.
