Dads Association at Illinois elects 2009-2010 executive board

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Norman Megginson of Pawnee, Ill., has been elected president of the Dads Association at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for 2009-2010.

The election was held during the annual meeting of the association Nov. 14 during Dads Weekend on campus.

The Dads Association, founded in 1922, is believed to be one of the nation’s longest-serving parent organizations. It supports programs, services and activities that promote the health, safety and well-being of the university community and serves as the parent liaison to campus.
