Parsley, head cook; Chong Baxter, kitchen helper; and UI Chef Peter Testory, as the team coach, represented Gregory Drive Dining Hall. This was the third year for the cooking competition, which this year featured teams’ most innovative and tasty use of salmon. Teams had two hours to complete their culinary masterpieces. Other teams placing were: Illinois Street Residence Hall, second place; Illini Union, third place; and Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Hall, fourth place.
