Brief: WILL radio to broadcast UI professors

WILL radio will broadcast two programs that involve UI faculty members.

Today at 7 p.m., WILL-AM (580) will carry live a 90-minute town meeting
produced and hosted by public radio station WSSU/ WIPA from Sangamon State
University. At 8:30 p.m., Robert Rich, director of the UI Institute of
Government and Public Affairs, will join WILL-AM's news director Bill
Raack for a 30-minute follow-up discussion. Listeners may call in with
questions on health-care reform.

At 2 p.m. June 12, WILL-FM (90.9) will broadcast a concert honoring
Monsignor Edward J. Duncan, director of the Newman Foundation at the UI.
The concert, recorded April 24 at St. John's Catholic Chapel, features UI
music professor Fred Stolzfus conducting several works, including Anton
Bruckner's Mass in E, with the Chapel Choir and Orchestra, the UI Chorale
and organist Thomas Schleis.
