Fine sign
Dale Eddings, a construction laborer in the Facilities and Services Division, installs a new sign in a parking lot near the Arboretum. The state of Illinois raised the fine for parking illegally in handicapped spaces from $100 to $250 effective Jan. 1. Violators’ vehicles may be towed, and violators could face additional penalties and fees. Questions regarding enforcement can be directed to the parking department at 333-3530.
