Tunnel
vision Students
and other members of the campus community study and socialize in
the tunnel between the main Library and the Undergraduate Library.
The tunnel was refurbished by students in the industrial design
and architecture programs during a two-year project. The tunnel
walls are painted in gradations of blue and orange; the modular
furniture is designed to encourage people to linger. At the Oct.
14 ribbon-cutting ceremony, architecture professor Jeff Poss said
the project was a “great opportunity for students to get a
glimpse of what their future professions hold for them.”
