Holiday work schedule
Dec. 25: Christmas Day
Dec. 26: Designated holiday
Jan. 1: New Year’s Day
Jan. 15: Martin Luther King Day/holiday
Dec. 27, 28 and 29 are work days. Campus functions are expected to operate normally on these days. Campus employees will be expected to work unless specifically excused.

Building opening and heating
Buildings will be heated and ventilated according to the usual vacation and holiday schedule.
Dec. 17: Closed
Dec. 18-22: Open 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Dec. 23-26: Closed
Dec. 27-29: Open 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Dec. 30-Jan. 1: Closed
Jan. 2-14: Open 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) Closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Jan. 15: Closed
Jan. 16: Resume normal schedule
Note: The InterVarsity Christian Fellowship convention will be on campus Dec. 27-31. Approximately 30 university classroom buildings will be used before, during and after the convention. To accommodate the convention, special openings and closings of the buildings may be required, including times on the dates that have been declared university all-campus holidays.

Paycheck distribution
Academic employee payroll checks will be distributed Dec. 21. Staff employee payroll checks will be distributed Dec. 20. Student checks will be distributed Dec. 27. To provide additional security during the holiday period, departments are to return all undistributed paychecks to Check Distribution in 100 Henry Administration Building by noon Dec. 22.

Distribution is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Employees picking up returned paychecks at Window A in 100 Henry Administration Building must present their I-card.

Dec. 27: Closed

Dec. 30-Jan. 1: Closed
Jan. 2-5: Open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Garage and Car Pool
Dec. 24: Open 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
Dec. 25-26: Closed
Dec. 27-29: Open 6:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
Dec. 30-31: Open 6 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Jan. 1: Closed
Jan. 2: Resume normal hours of operation

Campus and U.S. mail delivery
Dec. 25-26: No delivery
Dec. 27-29: Normal delivery
Jan. 1 and 15: No delivery

Parking
The Division of Campus Parking and Transportation offices will close at 7 a.m. Dec. 23. With the exception of 24-hour departmental spaces and handicapped rental spaces, meters and rental lots will be available for unrestricted use during this time. The Motorist Assist Program will not be available during this time. If you need assistance, contact the University Police. All services and enforcement will resume at 7 a.m. Jan. 2. (In addition, the Campus Parking office will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 22 for its annual holiday party.)

Krannert Art Museum
Galleries and offices will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 24 and reopen at 10 a.m. Dec. 27. Galleries close again at 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and reopen at 10 a.m. Jan. 2 and then resume regular hours.

Krannert Center for the Performing Arts
Building schedule:
Dec. 18-23: Open 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Dec. 24-26: Closed
Dec. 27-30: Open 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Dec. 31-Jan. 1: Closed
Jan. 2: Opens 7 a.m.; resumes normal hours
The ticket office will close at 6 p.m. Dec. 22 and reopen at 10 a.m. Jan. 2. Intermezzo Pastry Shop and Restaurant will close at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 22 and reopen at 7 a.m. Jan. 2. The Promenade Gift Shop will close at 6 p.m. Dec. 23 and reopen at 10 a.m. Jan. 2. Tours end Dec. 8 and resume Jan. 16. There will be no catering events at Krannert Center from 6 p.m. Dec. 22 through Jan. 2.
